The child needs to be put into state care. This behaviour is traumatic and the child is in direct physical and mental harm’s way. This video is more than enough evidence for this to happen.

I’ll never forget seeing a mother in Bally’er with her baby in a buggy, he was no more than 18 months. Waiting for a bus he’s quiet as a mouse, out pops the can of Dr Pepper cherry and into his bottle. 5 mins later he’s on the bus freakin, red face going crazy, mother screaming the head off him. Some kids haven’t a hope, it’s terribly sad.
