I’ve been getting these ads a lot recently. Are they government-funded? Why did they choose to brag about the cool-ish weather – is that a common flex in Lithuania?

1. Our businessmen in Palanga are struggling to find employees for the summer season.

   That’s probably who’s funding these.

2. Lately summers in places like Italy or Spain have been too hot. I believe these ads are aimed at those Europeans looking for a cooler summer vacation destination.

3. I mean its a fact, that southern countries are becoming a bigger challenge in summer. How our digital nomads go south in winter, the southern digital nomads could go north in summer.

4. Many people escape north to cool down in summer.
