While everyone was worrying about the DEI backlash companies were quietly erasing their commitments to the climate.
Ultimately, a way worse product of the Trump presidency.
For states rights until they disagree with him
At what point, EOs that violate state’s laws, EOs that violate the constitution and so on, administrative branch ignoring court orders, feds arresting judges etc, would the states & the judicial branch declare No Confidence & pause cooperation.
No more federal activities on state owned property, all federally raised cases put to the bottom of the docket etc.
There must be a point where it is no longer possible to work inside a system & withdrawal of labour cooperation is needed.
