  6. It’s heartbreaking Mexico is still dealing with this level of political violence and corruption.

    As a USian, we’ve got a shitload of problems, but I really wish Mexico could improve things and be better off than us. There’s no legitimate reason they couldn’t be the shining star of North America.

  10. The world is absolutely broken and disgusting. About to welcome my second child into the world and can’t shake the feeling it was a mistake.

  11. It’s wild to me that Mexico doesn’t declare total war on the cartels. Literally a failed state. (Yes i’m probably ignorant on the subject, still, it’s crazy that they just let this stuff happen).
