  21. Can confirm this happened to me, and the fine arrives with German bureaucracy included, which they make you pay for it as handling fees.

  31. The police being obliged to investigate every call, is probably the biggest chock I’ve heard.

    Is it bull or do they actually even try to investigate every report from the public???

  33. I’ve been in germany a few times : if you are standing on the bike lane, cyclists are legally allowed to run over you.
