I’d love to know whether that was productive land before, or an outcrop.
Middle of nowhere, yet you have hundred neighbours, have to get everywhere by car, including being a taxi driver for your kids. It’s like living in a city, but way worse, what a wonderful idea
i hope they like the smell of rapeseed
Imagine living here with an allergy. Beautiful tho
We have such similar cases here in Turkey.. You drive on a highway everything is green, forest you think wow it’s such a beauty the nature is really cool all of a sudden you see 100 villas in the middle of the forest… Screw them man seriously…. Probably politicians live there .. It really hurts to witness that.
They couldn’t be bothered to make good looking houses?
I got allergies just by looking at the picture 😭🤧
hayfever suffers need not apply
This is America but replace urban blight with a pretty field.
That’s an allergy sufferers nightmare.
Hay fever central – rapeseed plants produce crazy amounts of pollen.
600m from a hospital, 3km from Świdnica (population 53k) city center, 1.3km to elementary school, 2.3km to high school. Distance per navigation, not as the crow flies.
When the farmer sprays the manure and pesticide directly in your bedroom. Awesome!
Must be a ‘blessing’ in between harvests with the wind blowing all that dirt straight into your soup.
i want to thank how thoughtful, innovative, and forward thinking real estate developers are with these things. i also would like to thank the middle aged idiots who then buy these homes because they have a car they dgaf.
They did a great job on the tramlines
Imaging living there being alergic to this shit.
Just don’t go home at night drunk. It will be an experience. 😀
Lots of estates around us have fields round them. I can hear the cows and smell them a lot of the days.
… and a lot of bugs, worms. Noooope. 😉
Lol they are going to have a great time with the dust during sowing, plowing and harvesting.
It does not look real, more like a cheap render from a construction firm.
I has a problem with buying a house there, There’re more than one house on that plot of land.
I could write about more show stoppers, but I won’t.
Is this where the Twitter people live?
These modern bland buildings ruin the atmosphere, as if it was just stuck there with no thoughts.
Thankfully a law has been passed so that you cannot build a new house more than 3kms away from the closest school. Housing developers are a fucking mafia in this country
Yeah I lived at places like this, not the beautiful part but a few hundered people far away from the city, it suck. It’s the worst kind of arrangment there is. Same bullshit but without the advantage of ignoring people.
If you are getting away from the city you should at least get the piece of mind and quiet.
One of the worst idea i’ve ever seen.. i would not live there not even if i’m paid 1K at day
Hayfever must be a m*fer there 💀
the only thing i would differently here is to make the houses facing a middle courtyard,
instead of having them single file like this
this way people could have their private backyards facing the golden fields,
and a shared community park in front of them
I can only imagine the sunrise.
My allergies would never.
I hope for them the fields are organic otherwise in several years of pesticides they will have Parkinson’s disease.
I have an only one question:”Why?”
A plant, a house, a road ☠️
All i can smell is shit from the fields
There’s like 6 zabka locations in this photo.
this looks almost exactly like my nightmare a few nights ago.
nothing crazy happened but it made me feel like im in oggy and the cockroaches.
Patodeweloperka łanowa.
Oh this seems idyllic. Hopefully a bus comes there every 30 minutes to 2h so they won’t have to have cars to live there
This is giving me a lot of “Severance” vibes.
Modern Ghetto
Nothing beats the smell of freshly sprayed pesticides. Trully a luxurious experience
I really don’t get comments about hay fever or pesticides like it’s something specific to this particular place. You would get the same living in the countryside.
Cool how they made passageways to make it easier for the children of the corn to reach them
No groceries, no playgrounds, no thirds spaces. But the yellow is nice

State Agricultural Farm (PGR) vibes

Nice, but there’ll be a lot of bugs.
The picture makes it seem way more remote than it really is:
