Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ was ‘coercive and criminal,’ trial hears in opening remarks • FRANCE 24
Diddy had a dark side. That’s essentially what the prosecutor in the music mogul sex trafficking trial here in New York City said in her opening statement on Monday. Emily Johnson described Shaun Diddy Combmes as a predator who lured women into romantic relationships and then forced them to participate in these so-called freakoffs, drugfueled sex parties which were filmed. She then said that he blackmailed them with the videos. Well, jurors can expect to see footage of these freakoffs over the course of the trial that will include Diddy’s ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura. She is the star witness in this trial. Jurors were shown the now infamous video of Combmes violently assaulting Cassie in the hallway of a Los Angeles hotel back in 2016. On Monday, the first witness, a hotel security guard who had tried to help Cassie that day, took the stand and said that Diddy’s employee tried to buy his silence. Well, the prosecutor described Combmes as violent, coercive, and criminal. Combmes sat expressionless in court during this time. The defense lawyer insisted that all of Com’s romantic relationships were consensual, that he led a swinger’s lifestyle. Shan Combmes is a complicated man, but this is not a complicated case. She said this case is about love, jealousy, infidelity, and money. Well, the defense’s main argument appears to be that whilst Combmes could at times be angry, he’s not a criminal. Combmes has pleaded not guilty to five felony counts of racketeering, conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. If he is found guilty, he could end up spending the rest of his life in prison.

Diddy should be in prison, reveal his assistants. And have all the keys thrown into the ocean.
