  1. Shoplifting means honest buyers have to pay more, as stores will raise prices to make up for lost revenue due to thieves.

  2. Lma…tha fucking face…that fucking skull…I can’t stop laughing

  3. Life Hack to get all your grocery shopping for Free for Life!

Walk in, load your trolley, and have the balls to just walk out.

    Simple as!

  4. Normalise shoplifting so prices go up for all the honest people and societal order breaks down like it has in the US.

    Edgy.

  5. Only posers care for normalising, I shoplift either way!

  6. It’s not shoplifting, you deserve to be paid for scanning your shopping.

  7. My meat doesn’t have a barcode on it. It’s also probably too small to get one tattooed on

  8. There is nothing like the buzz of fear of being spot checked at the self scan at my age.

  9. The UK has some of the cheapest food in Europe. Food is cheap and it can’t be much cheaper. Margins are tight and some of it is sold at a loss, even. Housing costs are the problem, demand politicians fix that.

  10. Honestly sometime thereafter bloke down the pub he get you stuff for a good price anything from the shops ahaha

  11. And people say that going vegan and vegetarian is too expensive. Meat is an expensive luxury around the world. Eat your rice and beans and you’ll be grand while reducing your grocery bill.

  12. The look of betrayal when the scanner beeps but your wallet weeps

  13. Anyone here justifying shop lifting are either children, people who still live with their parents or just thick twats. Or all of the above

  14. sainsburys just take your word for it if you not stealing anything with the self service app ” have you scanned everyone” yep “ok”

  15. **Pikachu** **face** when the meat gets locked up, the self-checkout goes away, and the store increases prices to compensate for the the extra workers plus shoplifting costs.

  16. To be fair I get my steaks off the travelling merchants as I call them. 4.50 for one in the shop or a tenner for 4 while sat in the pub. I shop local where I can. stealing is somehow wrong unless it’s robin hood fuck that their robbing us and the farmer. Like I have little sympathy for them. Block of cheese 5er go back to the same shop at 7pm 30p. And their probably still making a profit.

  17. How about no, because that just pushed the prices up for the rest of us.

Supermarkets are not the money-making machines you think they are – the margins are razor thin, and if they shrink much more, investment in UK supermarkets will just stop. That will be worse for literally everyone.
