If you put clingfilm on it after applyong it works Even better.
Only down side is that it is hard to find.
Edit: changed pure lye to sodium hydroxide and tensids.

I know it sounds crazy, but it works really well on other burnt on food. Scrub it with a damp sugar cube. It has worked MAGIC for my before.
K2r oven and grill cleaner is the best I’ve used so far. Elmukelmu tip goes with this one too. No need to rub, just wipe dirt away.
Put a bowl with water and lemon (halved) and bicarbonate, turn it on and leave it there for a while, your house will smell amazing and after that, take it off and turn off the oven and wipe the rest.
PinkStuff cleaning paste worked great for me
If you can fit the tray in dishwasher, start with that. Anyway, my oven is never that clean lol.

I have used products like [this](https://www.prisma.fi/tuotteet/100000725/mr-muscle-250-ml-uunin-ja-grillinpuhdistaja-100000725) if there has been really strong dirt. It’s a kind of foam that you spray on the surfaces, let it stay there for a while, and then clean it out.
There might be other tricks that work just as well. Or just some normal detergent and lots of “elbow grease”.
Steel wool.
Spray this to the cold oven & pans and leave for 24-48 hours. Then scrub with a sponge, not Pata-pata, as it will scratch.
