Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Lead and execute our talent acquisition efforts — posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Design and run high-impact onboarding, learning, and career development programs.
Champion Venco’s values and culture, ensuring they’re lived out across teams and regions.
Manage key HR operations — including payroll support, benefits, performance tracking, and records management.
Act as a trusted partner to leadership on organizational design, team health, and people strategy.
Launch internal engagement and feedback loops that help us learn, grow, and stay connected.
Support compliance and alignment across our Nigerian, Kenyan, and Ghanaian operations.
Requirements:
3–5+ years in HR, People Ops, or Talent Management roles — preferably in tech or startup environments.
Passionate about building great teams and great cultures.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
A systems thinker who can design and optimize people processes.
Comfortable wearing multiple hats — strategy, ops, coaching, and admin.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
