My friend has a new resident permit from Finland. We were looking at it and there is a holographic(ish?) seal on it that looks like some kind of ungulate with a woman and a moon? Does anyone know what I’m talking about or what it references? So curious.

This isn’t from Finland. There’s no Finnish not Swedish anywhere and the issuing authority seems to be from Warsaw (poland)
Maybe Polish looks as confusing as Finnish so he gave us a try.
