  1. Following the revelation that Viktor Orbán is supporting a far-right nationalist candidate in the Romanian presidential election, Péter Magyar, leader of the Tisza Party, announced that he would walk all the way to Oradea (Nagyvárad) in a week and a half.
The slogan: *One million steps for peace and national unity*.

The goal is to heal the wounds caused by Orbán’s politics of hatred and to bridge the divides.
Anyone is welcome to join the march.

They set off today, with a huge crowd waiting for Magyar in Budapest.

  2. 300 km? That’s a marathon with a political agenda!

  3. But Putin is leftist! I didn’t understand anything else! 🧐

  4. Meanwhile Orban walks 3 steps from one Rolls Royce to another with an uncomfortably heavy suitcase, in the name of European division.

  5. The hungarian Kilicdaroglu

He did the same as member of opposition in turkiye against erdogan and his party

  6. Meanwhile the goverment preparing to enforce Russian style foreign agent law… fuck Orban!

  7. I wonder how long before he either gets imprisoned or falls out of a window. Hungary is not a democracy any more.

  8. 200 more miles and 500 more and he would have been the man who walked a 1,000 miles to fall down at my door….

Da-da da da (Da-da da da)

  9. I’m so scared orban will make some excuse last minute and send him to jail or something…

  10. Do not trust this one main protest. Keep it to contuniue as it can. Talk with people, always give your smile. Your politics should depend on people. Stay behind democracy always. Do not leave streets, squares and bazaars.

If you trust only this protest and hoping get some votes without doing anything, you’ll lose another election and Hungaria will become an autocracy.

How would i know? dont ask.

Note: Run with the popular and trustable candidate.

Extra: Probably, voters who are living in countryard do not know about your doing. Make them know about this. Listen them and they will vote for you. Do not teach them how democracy should work, they dont need it.

  11. The Hungarian opposition leader, Magyar Péter, opposes arming Ukraine and supports “pragmatic” relations with Russia, including Russian involvement in Hungary’s energy system. Why should we be celebrating him for being only less worse than Orbán? Same old Hungary, same old problems.

  12. Thank you Péter for giving a cause for a positive news about Hungary in this sub.

    Árad a Tisza!
