What’s the purpose of this??! We just moved to a new apartment and this is the first time I’ve seen something like this.

1. Hang your paintings etc. To those so you can move them around if you need to

2. Taulukisko, you hang paintings/whatever there. No need to drill holes every time

3. these seem like hooks you can use to hang up picture frames without having to nail the wall

4. Like everyone else has said its picture hangers, but i’d like to add that they’re pretty easy to remove if you dont have anything to hang up.

5. Nice that it was already there!
