ZAGREB (Croatia), May 14 (SeeNews) – Croatia’s Podravska Banka [ZSE:PDBA] said on Wednesday its shareholders have approved a plan to distribute a gross dividend of 5 euro ($5.4) per share out of its net profit for last year.
Overall, some 3.3 million euro out of the net profit of 7.5 million euro reported for 2024 will be paid out as dividend, Podravska Banka said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock exchange. The remainder will be allocated to the bank’s reserves.
Ex-date is May 16, record date is May 19 and payment date is June 9.
Last year, the bank distributed a dividend of 4.5 euro per share out of its net profit for 2023.
Podravska Banka’s shares traded flat at 110 euro on the Zagreb bourse by 15:00 CET on Wednesday.
