U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio arrived in Türkiye on Wednesday ahead of the ceasefire talks between Ukraine and Russia scheduled for the following day, News.Az reports citing foreign media.
It remains unclear whether U.S. President Donald Trump or Russian President Vladimir Putin will be in attendance, although Trump said earlier on Wednesday he doesn’t think Putin will go to Türkiye for the talks with Ukraine unless he also goes.
