I’ll refrain from asking how you managed to get a huge hole in your wall, but how to fix depends on what sort of wall it is – and how permanent you want the fix to be.
The really, really quick way is to find a nice picture in a frame and hang in front of the hole.
More complex but more permanent fixes includes making a patch – from the photo it looks like it’s a drywall (ie gypsum board) so there are several ways from a simple “bandaid” to inserting a patch.
