Shafaq News/ Basrah crude prices rose on Thursday,
despite a global decline in oil markets.

Basrah Heavy crude increased by $1.21, or
1.94%, to settle at $63.55 per barrel, while Basrah Medium crude rose by the same
amount, marking a 1.85% increase to $66.70 per barrel.

At 04:05 GMT, Brent crude fell by $1.49 to
$64.60 per barrel, while US West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude dropped $1.46 to $61.69 per
barrel.
