All Hell Breaks Loose When Marjorie Taylor Greene Attempts To Put Abrego Garcia Claim Into Record

people are hurt on your watch. Gentlemen’s time is expired. I now recognize Mr. Chairman, sorry. I ask unanimous consent uh to enter for the record uh uh one of our colleagues had asked if there was evidence if the so-called Maryland man Kilmargo Garcia was MS-13. According to the attorney general of the United States, uh she posted that the evidence shows Kilmargo Garcia has repeatedly been identified as a member of MS-13 by a Maryland county police gang unit, which I introduced for the record. Uh a reliable confidential informant, ICE officers, an immigration judge agreed, and an appellet board agreed without So you have that Sorry. Is that a court order? I object. No, she can put anything she wants in the record. It does. She’s not complying to your request, Mr. Goldman. She asked for unanimous consent. Okay. So, you’re objecting to her putting that into the record. I I I am objecting subject to a clarification. Is that a court order that establishes that he’s a member of MS-13? An immigration judge agreed that he was MS13 for bail. Hold on. We’re not Don’t misrepresent. Hold on. Judge, everybody pause. We’re going to let one person talk at the time. You ask a question. Answer the question, please. Uh, according to the attorney general of the United States, uh, she informed the country that an immigration judge agreed that your Maryland man, Kilargo Garcia, is MS-13. An appellet board agreed. ICE officating, Mr. Goldman, the clock is not yours right now. She has the floor. Please continue answering the question. Thank you, Mr. Chairman. A Maryland County. She’s not answering the question, sir. No, she’s going to answer the question and then you can object. Make sure that she answers the question. Finish answer. You just said please finish your your answer. A Maryland County police gang unit agreed that he’s MS-13. A reliable, confidential informant agreed that he’s MS-13. ICE officers agreed that he’s MS-13. An immigration judge agreed that he’s MS-13. An appellet board agreed that Kilmar Abrego Garcia, your Maryland man, is MS13. Okay. I have the floor. What do you want to say? I object because she is misstating the record and the facts. That is not accurate and therefore I object to that being introduced. There is no Can I explain you you let her go on? She go ahead. There is no final court order establishing that he’s a member. Maybe he is. So you should put all that evidence before a judge and if he is MS-13, he should be deported. That’s that’s what we’re talking about. But you’re misstating what the all of that evidence is. No, I I think I’m going to make an a point here. You basically just read what the attorney general said, correct? Yes, sir. You didn’t assert that this was a court order, did you? Did you assert that this was a court order? I read the the attorney general of the United States. And you have a right on our committee to submit for unanimous consent or a vote if we want to put it to a vote. U this for the record. Correct. Is that it? Yes, that is correct. Okay, Mr. Chairman. Could I review? Could I review what whether what she is? Well, she can submit something to this committee, but it matters that she she just said she represented exactly what the attorney general said. She has a document there. I would like to document. Let’s make a copy. See if we’ll vote on I’m going to Hold on. Hold on just a second. We’re going to hold We’re calling for the question. We’re calling for the question. Uh the clerk, we’re going to need to set Hold on just a second. Uh brief recess. Please correct. This is great. All right, there’s Higgins. I’m just asking the document. I have I I have All right. So, we have a motion to vote on the submission of this uh for the record. That’s all that has been stated. And do not interrupt me again. We are on the vote on whether or not this can be entered into the record and a motion has been made and we will vote on that motion. All of those I have I have a parliamentary inquiry before we vote. Sir, Mr. Ranking member, uh it Mr. It’s our request uh that we object and in the middle of the objection you consider a motion which he was done talking about. Mr. No, he was he was you stopped him from talking. I I just have a parliamentary inquiry. A parliamentary a parliamentary inquiry. Okay. Go ahead. You have you have the floor. Is it the procedure of this committee that an someone who is making an objection to the admission of evidence cannot review that evidence before we vote on it? Yeah, the content is irrelevant to the motion and the motion has been made to vote on the submission for the record. Um, the content is irrelevant. I mean, that’s what I’m objecting to. If if if she is accurate in what her representation is, I will withdraw my objection. I just need to see the document. Somebody walk the thing over there and let him read it. I mean, get to the bottom of this quickly. We’ll hold on your vote. Um, Mr. Ogles, [Music] [Music] Mr. Chairman, given that this is a tweet from the attorney general that is effectively, I believe, consistent with what Miss Taylor Green says, I withdraw my objection. Gentleman withdraws his objection. I now recognize who’s up, Mr. Jimenez for his five minutes of questioning. Thank you, Mr. Chairman, and uh thank you, Madam Secretary, for the fine work that you’ve done. I also want to thank you for for approving uh uh the members on this side of the aisle and myself included.

At today’s House Homeland Security Committee hearing, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene’s (R-GA) attempt to put into the record that Kilmar Abrego Garcia was in MS-13 led to an objection from Rep. Dan Goldman (D-NY).

  1. Please help I feel like we have no fair legal anymore. I am so scared and depressed and worried he will take my food stamps and Medicare,Medicaid. Also if any other president did the things this president has done they would have been held accountable. This is so in our face. Why won't the Republicans fight for what's right? Instead of being corrupt themselves. I feel like we are living in a corrupt country…

  2. Stop talking about Abrego Garcia, there are more important issues, the right thing to do is bring him back and start a lawful trial because he was considered innocent untill proven guilty, just like everybody else in a court of law within the U. S. not in a foreign country's high security prison, is more important to keep an eye on D.J.T. now that traveled to Qatar to deal with people he declared terrorists at the beginning of his first term as president, why? because of personal family business, and not the interest of the American people! and now he is dealing with the sinaloa's cartel members which he also daclares them terrorists too? Whats going on with him and all his improvised cabinet they are a shame to this great nation, sorry for my loooonoooog comment 😅

  3. Every time I see video of Congress in action, it looks like a childish display disguised as due process. I can't believe these people get paychecks from our tax money. They should be embarrassed and ashamed of themselves. What a joke.

  4. When witnessing a display of profound idiocy, especially by someone who has no idea how to introduce credible evidence into a record, it truly amazes me. How does an idiot become a politician and still manage to get out of bed each morning thinking he's at the top of his game, when in reality, he's scraping the very bottom of the barrel of ineptitude? Yes! I am talking about you Dan. Sympathy for the voters of New York.

  5. Can WE the actual people vote to not vote ever again…… Problem is, you bots are too worried about giving up power, so bots will vote until….. no bots… no more😢😂😂

  6. It requires a preponderance of the evidence, more likely than not, to establish the fact Garcia is an MS13 member and as such is grounds for deportation. It’s not hard. Move on to pressing matters.

  7. Saying “according to the Attorney General of the United States “ is like saying space lasers caused fires in California. Which is to categorically say it means exactly f*ck all.

  8. Rep Green is an idiot. As for AG Bondi's assessment, she' also said erroneously that POTUS can accept 400 million dollar Jet Plane as a gift to keep after he leaves. The emoluments clause forbids government officials from accepting gifts from foreign governments and officials. This clause affects appointed, hired and elected officials.

  9. Thanks for checking, THIS TIME!
Still, that ridiculous little tattoo, and the altering of it, and numerous, unsubstantiated assertions not properly reviewed YET is a political answer, not justice.

  10. Twitter: where every human on earth gets their information from, but somehow here, people downplay it as 'just a tweet.'

  11. All of everything, all those agencies, is relying on what that CI said.
I for one would not want a CI to be judge, jury and executioner. He's a CI because he's a felon. I am not even sure this is why Dems are riding this case now I think its a battle to save face on both sides.

But the fact CI is the only evidence, should be the problem they are debating. Prove hes a gang member or not and this is over.

  12. Goldman wants to see the documents because he's not seen them before yet he's advocating and claiming that he was an American citizen and not part of MS-13 so clearly he hasn't seen all the facts because he chooses not to until he slapped in the face with him before you defend someone make sure you have all the facts or you will end up looking stupid like Goldman😂😂.
