Putin won’t go to Turkey. He only steps outside the Kremlin when he’s sure he’s safe. He’s a coward.

Putin’s body double can’t sign anything without the clear agreement of whoever’s in charge of Russia (if anybody is). If he signs under Putin’s name it won’t be legal anyway.
Even taking into account our own opinions, it’s almost impossible that anything will be signed, and if that’s the choice, then we all need to hold on tight, because we’ve been upgrading our arsenal for a reason.
