  1. It didn’t take them long to show what they are really about. Kent has a population of 1.5 million, I am sure there are more pressing issues amongst that amount of people than what flags are flying on the council building.

    But who the fuck knows in this day and age, maybe this is genuinely the thing that bothers some people most.

    But before we get into how petty Reform are let’s not forget the absolute shitstorm that happened after a government minister gave an interview from his office and had a union flag in the background.

    I remember those of a left wing persuasion complaining about him being a “flag shagger”, even some tv presenters got in on the action making sly little digs.

    I wonder whether the people who were so aghast at a senior cabinet minister have the national flag of the u tied kingdom in the background would feel the same way about Kent County Council having a Ukrainian flag.
