The sports director of the Belgian National Team, Vincent Mannaert, considers Ardon Jashari the best player in the Belgian football league.
“He has been the best player in the Belgian league this season,” Mannaert told “20 Minuten” on Thursday.
He knows Jashari well. The Belgian was Club Brugge’s chief executive until the end of last season and was involved in talks over Jashari’s transfer from Lucerne to Brugge.
The 22-year-old from Club Brugge is one of the most sought-after players in Europe.
Paris Saint-Germain, Juventus, Milan and several other big English clubs are reportedly in talks with Brugge for Jashari.
“He will make the right move. He is a very smart guy who makes smart decisions,” Mannaert stressed.
Jashari has a contract with the Belgian team until 2029.
