Also, Eurostat verifies this too (also note that Latvia and Estonia have a lot of citizens with Ukrainian ethnicity back from USSR (census) but not recent immigrants as Lithuania i.e. ones with Ukrainian passports working temporarily and not eligible for local passport)

Source? Looking at migration statistics in lithuania we were getting about 20k ukrainians per year since 2018
I suspect unfortunately some attacks of ethnic Russians there. If war turns the tide on ukranian side.

I think the census counts only LT citizens with UA ethnicity, as at the start of 2021, there were 30139 Ukrainians living in LT and working here.
