  33. First of all, he said days ago that he will go if Putin goes. So the decision here was made by Putin, not him.

    Secondly, this is an admission that he had the chance to make Putin and Zelenskyy have talks with each other. That actually would have been quite the achievement from his part. Instead, he himself derailed the peace process.
