    • Military loyalty ensures power through fear and violence, not legal legitimacy.

    At this stage, internal change becomes extremely difficult:
    • Revolution or armed resistance might be the only remaining domestic option, though risky and often bloody.

    • Survival of civil society (underground media, exile movements, encrypted communication) becomes critical.

    They’re hearing the case now; the argument isn’t the 14th, it’s the limitation of federal judges

    It’s horrible because Trump can basically break any law and wait for the SCOTUS to deconflict it, and while he stonewalls his rules become the law of the land.

  8. Cheeto Chesus and Fox News have been communicating the white replacement theory for over a decade, so no shocker here. This country thrives on crisis. Only when he declares marshal law and people start dying will this country and it’s limp dick reporters start responding appropriately.

  9. The fact that the SC is even entertaining hearing “arguments” on this is insane and shows we are kinda fucked. And if they somehow rule his way on this, the Constitution officially becomes 100% useless.
