1. On Palm Sunday, April 13, a Russian missile hit downtown Sumy. While rescuers, medical personnel, and volunteers were working at the scene, a second strike occurred. Russia deliberately launched two missiles with an interval in between to target more civilians, medical workers and rescuers.
