Belarus has the most Polish majority regions but due to lack of credible sources within Belarus its hard to estimate how much Poles live there, Lukhashenko regime is actively trying to eradicate Polish Language and culture
Lithuania has a very significant Polish majority with Soleczniki region haveing over 80% Polish population, Polish Party in Lithuania even made it into European Parlament

Still nothing in eastern germany? I always underestimate it but it all comes down to just how many germans there are in germany.
Where Island ?
And the UK?

Why is Świnoujście a wasteland on this map?
What did Belarus do?
Fun fact: The majority of the Polish minority on Lithuanian-Belarusian border does not actually consist of ethnic Poles, but of ethnic Lithuanians and Belarusians, who adopted Polish national identity as a result of polonisation, fairly recently (as in early 19th century) at that.
Czech part of Sileasia have lots of poles too
At least for Czechia the map is false. There are no municipalities with a Polish majority or even a plurality.
The opposite is also true. Around Suwałki, I noticed that most people had a Baltic or Scandinavian appearance. I didn’t start a conversation, but I was wondering what language they speak at home.
