10. There is a possibility their nukes would fail to detonate too. Nukes require regular maintenance, especially due to circuitry being so close to radiation. I have read that Ukraine had the expertise to maintain that complex weapon and there is now wonderment if the russians are doing any maintenance. Don’t really want to find out though.
