Why would you ever want to pay in PLN. With the current exchange rate it’s a scam. You’re paying more than the base price in USD. The problem is not a lack of payment methods, the problem is Gabe thinking we have a higher spending power than Americans LOL.
If you want cheap games, buy TF2 keys on 3rd party marketplaces and sell them on the community market on a Ukrainian or Russian account. Not only do you get a nice deposit bonus because you can buy the keys cheaper than you can sell but also most games have a 40-50% discount. Imagine that.

Well, Blik is pretty common in world now. You can even pay with it on Aliexpress and similar stores, that are much less “west” than Steam.
