Does this indicate a tram stop and what are the rules then?

  1. This is an indicator for a ‘vluchtheuvel’ or ‘verhoogde rijstrook’. Its to slowdown traffick/alert traffick and often you are only allowed to drive 30 on them. Its for safety reasons

  2. The station is Princesse Elizabeth in Bxl for the line 92. A driver didn’t stop behind the tram while in station and almost hit me when leaving the team. Idk the traffic signes here but would really love to know if I’m in the right to call him with a handful of spicy names.
