BUCHAREST (Romania), May 16 (SeeNews) – Romania’s finance ministry on May 15 sold 867.7 million lei ($190.5 million/170 million euro) worth of discount Treasury bills maturing on April 29, 2026, above target, central bank data showed.

The average accepted yield at the auction came in at 8.34%, with demand totalling 960.3 million lei, the central bank said in an auction data release on Thursday.
