Police announce road closures, no parking zones for Dominion Energy Riverrock

May 16, 2025 — RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – Starting today, multiple road closures and no parking zones will take effect for Dominion Energy Riverrock.

The popular sports and music festival will be held from May 16 through May 18 at Brown’s Island.

“Please allow extra time for travel and consider using public transportation or ride-share services when attending the event,” Richmond Police said.

Roughly 100,000 people are expected to attend.
