  1. Sadly Latvia won’t improve people lifes. Anyone, who have traveled in Europe will understand the difference between infrastructure

  2. Unfortunately those inspirational videos are mostly made by people who:

    1) have nice ideas about asthetics, but absolutely ignores what is necessary for proper transport organization.

    2) don’t understand how complex and costly is to do a major infrastructure renovation in city center, especially in cities like Riga, that were built back in the days when people were riding horses.

    3) don’t realize that many people and many businesses fully relies on a car/van. Majority of people can not simply trade a car for a bicycle, and simply taking away lines or converting streets to walkways will create much more problems than they solves.
