this may be a joke but it is the reality. My neighbour was looking for a 2 bedroom flat or house in South West London, rent asking price was £2500 per month, state agents advised him, he needs to be earning £7500 per month or pay 1 year rent in advance, in order to be able to get the property. How many people in the UK earn that much and have that much cash?
Walking distance to shops and cafes. Premium stone flooring.
I never get bored of this joke, luckily London keeps supplying dumped mattresses and extortionate rent 🙄
