1. Tragic loss of life, whole career ahead of him.

2. Absolutely terrible accident. Risk assessment and method statement should be front and centre of any business, they failed him terribly

3. Just read the article. It’s so sad for someone to die very young. Poor guy.

   It really irks me, though, that the writer of the article had to mention that his sister was a Team GB athlete in the middle of writing the tragic story.

4. 80k fine seems rather low considering.
