I’m a contractor at a police site, and every now and then we see this absolute fucking dork walking up to the back gate with his stupid little camera. taking photos of the buildings and cars driving in and out. Security go and tell him to bugger off, and then he just comes back a few days later.

2. Casual tourist here who likes to visit towns and cities and stare and take pics of historical, remarkable and beautiful buildings: the guy’s an asshole.
The person who does what I’ve just described above would just explain what he is doing: “I’m observing/taking pictures/whatever a city landmark.” This guy is quite obviously being provocative on purpose. I’m certain he must be one of these assholes who looks to incite to a interaction with law enforcement in order to pretend he’s a victim of a police state.
