They can claim as breakages If you bring back the bottle to where it was purchased and show the lid still sealed, they can replace it and put it down as spillage.  Same happened to me!!!! had to drive back to tescos and got another one. Most expensive bacardi i had! I dropped a bottle of concorde about 30 years ago while heading up the dunes for a friday night party. Still hurts me to this day.. Brutal.. Worked in wine lodge, and if a bottle broke, it was refunded as long as the bottle was not opened. As I seal not broken. Get down on all fours and sniff the aroma. Oh god no!!!! 😂😂😂.
