Thank you, Russia. Thanks for another demonstration that no matter how difficult decision making can be for a country like Finland in the contemporary environment, you will try your best to maintain our special relations as the bigger power.

Finland should make a campaign to bring all those hackers to Finland; there have been a couple of talks (mostly in Spanish and Russian) about how there were many rejected immigration applications from Russians hackers wanting to leave Russia to work in Southern and Central Europe as cybersecurity specialists, but all of them rejected, because they deemed their education invalid + other petty reasons.
Letting the Kremlin have more resources at their disposal.
