So this is my thirteenth attempt at mämmi, i fell in love with it and i keep making it over and over lol. If the consistency of my cake is not runny and doesn’t fall from the spoon then it’s alright? I have never been to Finland and I have never seen real mämmi (i could technically ship it to Poland, but… I am a scrooge). Any tips?
