Bad news. Be ready to fight then, and all that it entails. Can’t believe with all the news we have seen from Ukraine people still think a conventional war is no big deal.
Edit: I guess the downvotes show how brainwashed people have been.
I do not understand whole argument. Who in their right mind would store nuclear weapon so close to the enemy.

The only truly sovereign nations are those with nukes. We who don’t have them will always need an ally who has them and our security and survival is dependent on such ally.
In my opininion keeping nuclear arsenal in finland wouldn’t be wise. First, it takes lots of money to keep em up. Second we are so close to russia that they have lots of means to destroy them.
I don’t think we benefit much from having few big bombs.
However i think efficient and fast buildingof them would be better in case we need nuclear option. In other words we need to bring up long distance delivery system with nuclear warhead as option and plans to quickly get or manufacture nuclear warheads.
I hope our governments in the nordic/baltic are secretly developing them as we speak. Anything else should be considered self inflicted harm at this point after how Ukraine has been treated by its guarantors in exchange for surrendering its nuclear arsenal. We cannot rely on anyone but ourselves.
Best regards from neighbouring Swede
There is no reason to site strategic weapons in Finland anyway as here they are exposed and vulnerable and too close to well defended sites like Murmansk Naval Base, Oleniya Airbase, and St. Petersburg across the border.
