Anyone recognise this person?

Hi, I was at a party at a friends house and picked up a book called Scandi Kitchen that they'd bought second hand. Inside was a number of photos and love letters relating to a relationship in 2014 between a Sara and Josh. From a variety of the clues it looks like Sara was Finnish and Josh was possibly Australian. For some reason the story of everything here caught everyone's imagination and we'd like to find out what happened (and return the photos and letters of desired). Photo is probably from 2013-2014.
