Was there an excess of Mr Universe types in Dublin in the sixties that they’re all so concerned about muscle mass?? I think their talk about body types is a little ambiguous without examples. Not clear if they mean slightly muscular or Captain America or Arnie in his prime.

I know we’re looking at the selected few, but I’ve watched a lot of these vox pops from the past over the years and I’m always struck by how rational and well thought out their answers are.
Irish men in the sixties must have been absolute units if so many women had to speak out against the flocks of Mr. Olympia lads that were about.
