House President Annita Demetriou is set to meet Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoya as part of her three-day-visit to the country in Yerevan on Monday
On Tuesday, she will be welcomed by Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan, and Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan
Before returning to Cyprus on Wednesday, the House president will hold meetings with several Armenian officials including the head of the Armenia-Cyprus interparliamentary committee and her Armenian counterpart Alen Simonyan, who had initiated Demetriou’s visit.
Demetriou left for Armeniaon Sunday.
She is accompanied by head of the foreign affairs and Armenian-Cypriot interparliamentary committee Haris Georgiades and representative of the Armenian religious group Vartkes Makhtesian.
