On May 14, Ulrika Palm purchased 4,671 B shares in confectionery manufacturer Cloetta, where she is CEO for Sweden. The shares were purchased at a price of SEK 32.37 per share, for a total of SEK 151,200. The transaction was carried out on Nasdaq Stockholm. This is according to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority’s register of insider transactions.
Palm now owns 7,971 shares in Cloetta, according to an update from the shareholder service Holdings.
