  4. Only third rate dictatorships need or want military parades, especially BIRTHDAY parades. Our military doesn’t need to parade around to show how badass it is. Only shit heel countries need it, with good examples being North Korea and especially Russia. It’s a joke and rightfully so. Only the weak need military parades. Weak egos, weak dicks, and weak IQs. And guess who fits that bill?

  6. The Military District of Washington has SEVERAL bases around town that can easily house officers. As well as OBQ’s (officer bachelor quarters)

  8. I remember when the Republicans were mad at Democrats about the National Guard sleeping on the concrete floor of a parking garage after Republicans committed a terrorist attack on the Capitol and attempted to assassinate the Republican vice president.

  10. Parades are the dumbest small town rural American boomer thing. Let’s all waste a bunch of gas and idle in a line blocking traffic to wave at people. The only people that would consider that a good time are people with zero options for entertainment. I lived in Nebraska for 13 years, they had them all the time out there for various silly reasons. Graduations, home coming/prom, car shows, you name it the committee is planning a parade for it. And the mouth breathers will be there on the side of the road staring off into space.

  25. I am hoping this parade is a shit show. I really am. I wish the military would grow a pair and not participate in this farce. Orange butthole mouth already has broken his oath- so technically the military should honor theirs about threats foreign and domestic but I fear all the Fox News they pump on the bases etc may be working. I hope not.
