I’m just going to guess the Ma Deuce (0.50 Browning M2 machine gun) on the roof has been decommissioned.
I presume the truck was selling burgers and hot dogs.
Clever marketing and a clear USP.
Good to see it not tucked away in a dusty museum at least.

Trucks/lorries are meh to me. But the shop in the second picture has a really nice name – means raisin in Farsi/Urdu etc. `kish-mish`describes the delicacy so perfectly, don’t you think?
