  7. How much more does the EU have to put up with this crap?. It’s clear they don’t share EU values, so take voting rights and money. 

    They can crawl back to daddy Putin and beg for his money and the glory days. 

  8. Khan did it. Khan in his hysteria born from the sexual misconduct allegations and investigation against him just went on and announced the arrest warrants. Not only unnecessarily politicizing the court at a very sensitive time, but also jeopardizing any ceasefire talks.

    The ICC judges asked him to not publicize them before their applications were approved. According to the court’s rules themselves, he did not need to even publicize them at all. They could’ve been publicized as Netanyahu was stepping off a plane in Paris.

    So instead, what do we have? A court that will never see neither Netanyahu nor Gallant, and a court that is now politicized and has been neatly placed on the Palestinian side of the conflict. None of that needed to happen, if Khan just kept his mouth shut.

  9. I think it’s hypocritical to criticize only Hungary on this, when other Western leaders like Merz have openly said that they would not respect the ICC arrest warrant in the case of Netanyahu visiting.

  12. Hungary being Hungary aside. ICC was already jurisdiction dead anyway. Mongolia one. Israel two. And America/pentagon three. Like there isnt a corner of the world or geopolitics that ICC has any grip. Everyone makes exceptions to save themselves
