I don’t think so from the reg. An easy way to narrow it down is what side the steering wheel is on
Edit: It does look very familiar to that picture in the link. I’ve never seen a reg like that in my lifetime but it may be from an old system.
Ypu can see by the door being on the right of this photo that it was indeed a rhd bus , could have been used on those plates in spain before being retired – 5/10 plausible.
The grille is not one I have seen before on an Irish bus. Possibly a Bristol VR from the 80ties, example below

So this is in a skate park in Badalona Spain, I know the 20B was/is a route in Dublin.

C 4698 CJ,

or C 4698 CL
