Need help with radiator. We just move to this apartment and I notice this radiator is always hot (50-53 C) no mather what setting in the knob is selected(A to Z, which is also confusing). Does anybody has something similar at home? My other radiators in the house are set up on 1 currently. Thanks.

Never seen an A-Z knob before. If the radiator is always hot no matter what, the knob is defective and needs to be replaced. If you are a tenant (not owner), your landlord will have to take care of it.
Wild guess, but A could be „auf“ (open) and Z would be „zu“ (closed).
Perhaps it’s that and just not working.
Or it’s something else entirely.
A: “Auf” = open
Z: “Zu” = closed
If it is fully closed and still hot, the knob is probably broken (or stuck). In theory they are not hard to replace yourself, but it is better to tell your landlord and let them do it
This radiator has no thermostat. It is a simple open/close knob without regulation. If it is set to “Z” which means “zu” or “closed”, and it is still warm, maybe the knob or valve is not working correctly.
This seems to be a decades old system. Today radiators have thermostats that control the flow of hot water dependent on the temperature. You should see if it can be replaced, thermostats are not expensive.
This doesn’t have a thermostatic knob, meaning it’s either on (auf) or it’s off (zu). That’s what the A-Z indicates, not that it has a spectrum of 26 different settings lol.
