1. Local community college has this. Nicest parking lot ever, come out mid-day to find a cool car. Come out mid-rainstorm to find a dry car. Solar charging sure don’t hurt either.

   I think this is going to become de rigueur in the coming years, a feature that big box stores can buff their cred and attract customers with.

2. Electrify everything. Roofs and parking included.

3. This might be the new frontier (C&I, in general) as electric rates climb, large farms are more difficult to site, interconnection delays, evaporating incentives for residential, etc. Your average accountant type should increasingly take notice.
