No seven-year itch here! Meghan Markle posted a series of photos and videos on Instagram of her and Prince Harry packing on the PDA at Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter tour stop in L.A. on May 9, just days before they celebrated their wedding anniversary.
“About last night ..,” she wrote in the caption. “Thank you Beyoncé and team for an amazing concert (and a very fun date night)!”
It was a side of the couple that the public rarely gets to see. They kissed and cuddled for the camera, and Meghan, 43, danced along to the music wearing Harry’s cowboy hat. “This wasn’t for show,” a source exclusively tells Life & Style. “They’re totally head over heels.”
As Meghan recently dished on Jamie Kern Lima’s podcast, she and Harry, 40, are enjoying a second “honeymoon period” now that they’ve finally settled into their new life in the U.S. “Date nights can be few and far between because their schedules are so packed,” admits the insider, adding that any time off they have, they spend with their kids, Prince Archie, 6, and Princess Lilibet, 3. “But it seems like Harry and Meghan are trying to make a habit of doing this more often.”
The couple did just that, attending a James Taylor concert at the Santa Barbara Bowl on May 13. They even posed with the singer backstage for photos, which Meghan shared to Instagram the following day.
The “Confessions of a Female Founder” podcast host took fans on a trip through her romance with Harry while celebrating the couple’s seventh wedding anniversary on May 19.
Meghan shared an Instagram post featuring a photo board with snapshots starting with their dating period, including trips to Botswana and Norway.
Next up, the Duchess of Sussex featured several of the couple’s engagement portraits from 2017, along with pictures from their stunning royal wedding on May 19, 2018.

The ceremony – which took place in front of 600 guests at Windsor Castle’s St. George’s Chapel – was televised globally. In addition to members of the British royal family being present, celebrity guests included George and Amal Clooney, David and Victoria Beckham, Serena Williams and Elton John.
Meghan included pictures showing the couple’s royal life, including tours of Australia and Morocco, prior to the duo stepping down as senior working members of the British royal family in 2020.
Another milestone was the birth of their first child, son Archie. Pictures of the little boy as a baby were included in the post, as well as those of his sister, Lilibet, who was born in June 2021.
“Seven years of marriage. A lifetime of stories,” Meghan wrote in the caption.
“Thanks to all of you (whether by our side, or from afar) who have loved and supported us throughout our love story – we appreciate you,” the duchess told fans, adding, “Happy anniversary!”
While Meghan didn’t write a gushing message to Harry in the caption, she let their love story through the years in photos do the talking.
The With Love, Meghan star made rare comments about her romance with Harry during her first podcast appearance as a guest, joining pal Jamie, 47, on her eponymous podcast’s April 28 episode.
“You have to imagine, at the beginning everyone has butterflies, Meghan said about her early days of dating Harry in 2016. “And then we immediately went into the trenches together — right out of the gate, like six months into dating,” she continued, referring to the level of fame and interest the pair took on once their relationship became public.

“So now, seven years later, when you have a little bit of breathing space, you can just enjoy each other in a new way,” Meghan revealed.
The Netflix star also gushed about her husband’s looks.
“He’s also a fox, if you haven’t noticed,” Meghan said about Harry. “My husband’s very, very handsome. But his heart is even more beautiful.”
She added, “H, that man loves me so much, and look what we’ve built. We’ve built a beautiful life, we have two healthy beautiful children.”
